Investigators said just before 11:30 a.m. they were sent to the area of Cochran Mill and Snowden roads where a woman was inside the car and not breathing. The car, which was found by a family member, was about a quarter-mile off the road and was partially submerged in the creek.

The woman inside was identified as Georgeanne Faison. She was reported missing Monday night.
“I was just in tears. That was my mom. She was the rock. She kept our family together," Faison's son told Channel 11.
Police said it appears she drove onto a private lot off Cochran Mill Road and onto a dirt and gravel driveway. She appeared to continue driving until the road dead ended. Police said she tried to turn around, got too close to the bank of the creek and the car rolled over the 7- to 8-foot embankment where it stopped upside down.
Faison's family members had resumed searching for her Tuesday when they discovered the car in the creek.
“The license plate cameras had her all the way from Moon Township at the airport all the way to Greensburgh, East Liberty, Turtle Creek, North Versailles, out here in the South Hills. I mean they had her all over the city," her son said.
Faison's family said Wednesday marks two years since her husband's death. They believe she may have been driving around with his ashes looking for him.
